Digital Gift Cards – All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital gift cards, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been processed and the gift card code has been delivered.
We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:
- Gift cards are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.
- Once a gift card code is issued, we are unable to verify whether it has been used.
- Our system activates the card upon delivery, making it non-reversible.
Incorrect or Invalid Codes
If you receive a gift card code that is invalid or not working, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. Please include:
- Your order number
- The code you received
- A screenshot of the error message (if applicable)
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or abuse of our system.
